Some women have in one way or the other had their boyfriend or husband snatched from them by either friends, colleagues, strangers and even close family friends. This is getting more rampant by the day.
This hurts and sometimes make people take radical decisions that might affect them in the future and some even go as far as deciding not to ever fall in love again.
Have you ever wondered why this happened to you or asked yourself where you went wrong? Have you ever being in a position where you think maybe you could have handled things differently if you could turn the hands of time? Its obvious that we cant ever turn the hands the time but one thing we can do is learn from our mistakes and get it right the next time.
This Topic is a very sensitive one and one that leaves a lot of grieve in most victims heart. It is also important to note that some men are dogs and the word Dignity doesn't exist in their world, but then it also happens that we the Ladies take a lot of things for granted and give the opponent more space to come in and take over.
I have done a lot of research about this topic and will share with you a few Tips that you can use so that you do not fall a victim.
#1: Long Distance Relationship
I often marvel at how people can get married and their husband lives in Jupiter and they live in Mercury. Are you guys deceiving yourselves or your still naïve or your playing dumb or you just choose to be ignorant. There is no such thing as Long distance relationship or you saying "He Loves me he'll wait for me" Like Really??? Get a grip. Men will always be men so I'd rather you don't give that space because you only have yourself to blame at the end. Trust me I Know what I'm talking about. Girls will see him as helpless and before you know it, he already has a bed mate which now lives with him and with time you become a forgotten news so ladies be wise. If you guys are not together don't think your in a relationship so I will advice you leave your relationship Status on Facebook and the rest as Single because Truth is You are single.
#2: Hanging out with your Female Friends
While its ok to hang out with your female friends every now and then remember the saying that TOO MUCH OF EVERYTHING IS BAD. Some girls like to show off their boyfriends especially the rich ones to let you know they have made it not knowing what it will result to afterwards. Your relationship should be your personal life and friends should be friends. Why the need to parade your Partner around like your in some relationship contest? Soon numbers and texts will be exchanging each other under your nose. Grow up
#3: Asking your partner to Give your friend a Lift home
Are you indirectly trying to Match make or you don't value your relationship. Many girls feel they can trust their partners not to ever have any interest in a girl that they feel so Bold to volunteer him to be the driver for their friends. One thing that is constant is change. People change and some girls will seduce a man and will never give up until he finally falls. If you cant drop her then get her a Taxi and make sure you instruct the driver to drop her at her gate. Stop playing Ignorant. Is it better to be fasting and crying everyday than to prevent little avoidable mistakes??? Pls I need an answer on this one.
#4: Discussing your personal relationship with People
I treat my relationship as Sacred and very private and I feel everyone should. Discussing it in public either as a show off or to say HEY I'm dating is totally irrelevant. Some girls go as far as announcing what their partners got them thereby making them more targets to potential snatchers. Until he puts a ring on it I will say keep it on the down low and even after he does, you show off to an extent. And remember no one cares what he just got you or where you guys just went on vacation.
#5: Being sexy and Dressing sexy
You have to always dress sexy and inviting. You have to know what turns him on and try to make sure your good at it. If your man doesn't like wrapper and you all covered up but yet you still do it then what are you calling for? you simply ain't giving him what he wants and he will find you less attractive and will go out there to find what he wants. Don't be too rigid and stubborn that "OH I can't wear this and that" If he wants you to wear it Pls wear it and stop giving silly excuses. You are pushing him away gradually and don't start complaining that Men are this and That when its clear your simply the problem.
#6: Communicate and be a good listener
Be open to him and find out what he likes. Be also willing to compromise and make amends to suit him. If he likes things done a certain way try and adjust but everything in life is to moderation. Find out what makes him happy and do it. Listen to what he doesn't like and avoid them. We all make mistakes and aren't perfect but being a Good listener will not only make your man happy but will make you stand out from the rest because your man knows you do things just the way he likes them.
#7: Avoid Problems that will make your man get tired of you
Most Ladies nag a lot and push their partners away with their behavior. Spend more time making him happy and guarding your relationship. Some men cant withstand all these and then they start to Loose interest. Living with a woman who sucks your energy and drives you mad can be life threatening. It doesn't matter how good or how much you have invested in your relationship if your the nagging type, the chances of your partner not running away is slim. I'll advice you change your behavior and start to show your relationship more Love and care.
#8: Using your friends Phones to call your partners
This is a common mistake people make because they are either ignorant or too trusting. Some girls either forget to delete the number afterwards or feel their friend will feel somehow if they delete it. If you don't have credit then send a CALL ME text or better still wait till he calls you.
It is silly mistakes or taking a lot of things for granted that make people fall a victim. I am against it and feel that every lady should have a conscience and go find theirs instead of being opportunist preying at other peoples weaknesses. Whether you've being a victim I'll say use these pointers to avoid being done the second time and if your the culprits remember KARMA IS A BITCH.. She doesn't spare any of her victims and she can come knocking at your door at anytime so be ready for her and remember what goes around surely does come around so enjoy your snatched mate for now while it lasts because some bitch somewhere is planning to do same as you did to the other person.
9: Asking your boyfriend to go pick something from your friend
U can do this only if you are tired of the relationship and you're looking for a way to get rid of him. No matter how much u trust your friend, never let the devil use u to destroy your relationship. Whatever it is can wait until u have the time to pick it up, better still u can get a taxi to go pick it up for you.
10: Tagging your friend along with u anytime your hanging out with your boyfriend
Most girls are fond of tagging their girls along with them every time they want to spend time with their man. That is very unhealthy and uncalled for. Let girls time be Girls time and please differentiate between the two. There's no reason to tag your friends along coz one of them might appeal to your man and before you know it, numbers have exchanged and they start seeing behind your back
