How to Loose Weight Fast
Its Summer time and that time of the year when girls wanna have fun and show off their curves and flaunt what they got.
So if you didn't start planning early like the rest of everyone who started gyming from January, chances are your still pilling on that weight and wondering what to do with it.
Its never too late to start anything so I will be sharing some basic tips on how u can loose weight
1. Make up your mind that this is really what u want to do and be committed
2. Be Disciplined and set Curfew for your last dinner as 7pm
3. Reduce your Carbohydrate intake and eat more protein
4. Reduce Red meat consumption and eat more Chicken and Fish
5. Snack more on fruits and have an orange, cucumber etc. as a bedside craving cutter if you sleep late
6. Drink more water with Lemon inside or just water (2L daily)
7. Wear a waist cincher to help shape your stomach and back. It also helps to control your eating
8. Reduce your food portion and switch to a smaller plate
9. Register in a gym and if you can't, jog once a day. If you also can't find time to jog, buy a skipping rope and skip morning and evening before going to bed
10. Eat more Nuts
11. Find a good weight loss tablet that works and is safe for you as it will aid make your weight loss faster
12. Find some Shakes that you can use as supplement food because they make you feel full
13. Start your day with a cup of Dry LIPTON and end your day with it
14. Do a complete Detox and Cleanse your system. You can find Detox cleanse in your local pharmacy
15. Cut out sugary food and Fizzy drinks like Fanta, coke etc.
Truth is the only thing that make people put on weight is FOOD. If you don't reduce your food intake and food choices, no matter what you do the weight isn't going nowhere. It requires a lot of commitment and dedication from your own part. Think of all the benefits and how amazing you will look at the end and let that be your motivation.
